Which branch is closer?
If you are in Southwark, Lambeth, Lewisham or Greenwich, the SE1 repair centre is usually the easiest option because you can walk in without booking. If you are further south, in Bromley or parts of Croydon, the Beckenham drop-off may be closer. Call first to book a time there.

- Laptop repair: HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Razer, Gigabyte and more, including gaming laptops.
- Desktop and custom PC repair: office PCs, workstations and self-built gaming towers, including power supply, motherboard, graphics card and cooling faults.
- Data recovery: failed, dropped, clicking or liquid-damaged hard drives, SSDs, USB drives, NAS and RAID.
- Console repair: PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck.
Search by your model number
Most devices have a model number printed underneath: on a MacBook it starts with A and four digits (for example A2337), and on a PS5 it starts with CFI. Our Mac and console sections have a page for each model number, listing the faults we see on it and what we repair.
Diagnosis and quotes
We diagnose the fault and give you a price before any work starts. Our diagnostic fee is £54, which is deducted from the repair cost if you go ahead.
