If your email is sending messages you didn't write, your password no longer works, or contacts are receiving strange invoices from you, your account has probably been taken over. Email is the key to everything else, so it needs securing quickly.

Accounts we help with
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com, including business mailboxes
- Gmail and Google Workspace
- Apple ID and iCloud
- Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media, through the platform's own recovery process
What we do
- Regain access through the provider's official recovery routes
- Sign out every other session and remove devices you don't recognise
- Remove hidden forwarding and inbox rules that attackers add to copy or delete your mail
- Set up two-step login and a password manager
- Check your computer and phone for malware that may have captured the password
- For businesses: check who else received fake invoices or payment change requests
We only work on accounts that belong to you or your business, and we use the providers' own recovery processes.
Report it. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, report cyber crime and fraud to Report Fraud (the service that replaced Action Fraud) at reportfraud.police.uk or on 0300 123 2040. A business under a live cyber attack can call that number 24 hours a day. In Scotland, call Police Scotland on 101.
