The Spectre x360 13 was HP's flagship 13-inch convertible from 2016 to 2019. Its slim, glued-together design means batteries and screens need careful work.
Which model do you have?
The model is printed on the underside and in the HP Support Assistant app, for example "HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx". 13-ac is the 2016 model, 13-ae 2017, 13-ap 2018 and 13-aw 2019.
