Apple Time Capsule units hold Time Machine backups on an internal hard drive. Apple stopped selling them in 2018, so the drive inside is often old and failing.
Which model do you have?
The model number is on the base, for example "A1470" for the tall 2013 model.

Before you bring it in
Switch it off and don't run repair tools, rebuilds or "initialise" options. Every attempt can overwrite data or make recovery harder.

Larger NAS units and RAID 6 or RAID 10 volumes are priced like RAID recovery.
We can supply an external drive to return your recovered data on. The price depends on the market rate at the time.
