Transparent Pricing and Diagnostic Policy
At Creative IT, we offer a free initial assessment, which includes a basic external inspection and visual diagnosis of your MacBook Pro. If the fault requires internal troubleshooting or a full teardown, we charge a £54 diagnostic assessment fee. This includes comprehensive hardware and software testing and is deductible from your repair total should you proceed.
Our labour rate is £99 per hour, which covers skilled component-level repairs and advanced diagnostics. This rate does not include the cost of parts. If replacement components are required, we will either provide a quote or, where appropriate, recommend trusted sources for purchasing the parts directly.
