Same-Day MacBook Pro Repairs in London – All Models and Chipsets Supported

If your MacBook Pro has stopped working, has a cracked display, won’t hold a charge, or is overheating unexpectedly, don’t worry. Creative IT in Central London offers expert MacBook Pro repair services backed by more than 20 years of industry experience. We repair all generations of MacBook Pro—from legacy Intel models to the latest Apple Silicon M1, M2, and M3 chips—with fast turnaround times and full transparency.

Our certified engineers provide same-day service whenever possible. Whether your Mac needs a logic board repair, battery replacement, or data recovery, we’re here to help. Walk-ins are welcome, and we begin every job with a thorough diagnostic process. We also offer component-level logic board repairs without replacing the board, helping retain your data, macOS install, and files.

Transparent Pricing and Diagnostic Policy

At Creative IT, we offer a free initial assessment, which includes a basic external inspection and visual diagnosis of your MacBook Pro. If the fault requires internal troubleshooting or a full teardown, we charge a £54 diagnostic assessment fee. This includes comprehensive hardware and software testing and is deductible from your repair total should you proceed.

Our labour rate is £99 per hour, which covers skilled component-level repairs and advanced diagnostics. This rate does not include the cost of parts. If replacement components are required, we will either provide a quote or, where appropriate, recommend trusted sources for purchasing the parts directly.
